I tend to agree with Chemisse here. A first offense of a kiss may be sufficiently answered with merely a personal rebuke, depending. How "intense" a kiss was it? Did the guy make any attempt at all to prevent the woman from ending it or pulling away? Might there have been reason for the guy to think it might have been okay, even if he was mistaken? The fact is that, even in the workplace, not *every* first kiss is unwanted, and it's possible someone just made a wrong call. That alone should not be a potential career-ender.
