Someone should be able to look at the totality, the number of guns, the expulsions and trouble at school, the mother’s death the police calls to the house, the involvement of child and family services, consideration of psychiatric hold. — you look back and say, there is no way this young man should have been allowed to get a gun, an assault weapon.


The current system doesn’t allow for anyone to have the complete picture.
