Sounds just like John Kerry - quietly trying to make something good happen.
Sounds just like the Republicans - loudly trying to punish or ridicule or slander anyone trying to do good, zealously working to destroy or reverse any progress that has been made.
Sounds just like Trump (I'm referring to his outrageous NRA comments on Kerry, but also to almost anything that comes out of his mouth) - tearing down anyone who opposes him with cruelty, lies, and ridicule, who "wins" by stoking fear, prejudice, and hatred of others among his misguided supporters.

I am sick of the meanness and the lies and the cruelty and the corruption and the vandalism of my country.
