48. I can't recall the exact date, but one of our less-than-intelligent Border agents

Not long ago, DID shoot across the border wall at a small boy, who was throwing rocks at the wall - from the other side - as in on Mexican territory - hitting him with multiple bullets, killing him instantly.

The Border agent was in a guard post on top of the wall. The boy was on the ground 500 feet away.

I don't know if the trial has been held yet, as the mother of the boy sued for wrongful death of her son.
