14. Sounds wonderful!

Topeka, the town I live close to, has finally begun to do the same. Our downtown is changing and there are Art walks here too. I have never done one but I should. We have an arts community with a nice little area with some really nice things. Change is hard. This city is red with a very large streak of libertarian. I don't know how many identify that way but they sure vote like that. It is nice to finally have some progress, hard won progress. Good to hear about Springfield.
