HIS trade war, HIS obvious ignorance of how the military operates, and all the other things of HIS that are creating uncertainty of the future! The short & small reaction of the markets to a bit of a rate hike would have gone mostly unnoticed if it weren't for all the uncertainty he's created. Of cours HE would NEVER accept responsibility for being the cause of the drop in the market. He has to blame someone.....anyone else.
