He would never be able to beat Trump in the Republican Primaries, and he'll likely be too old in 2024. Still, I doubt he could even win an open primary in 2020.
Edit: Actually he has one realistic chance. Trump resigns and Pence picks him as VP. Then Pence resigns.

Looks like he wants another shot at the White House. Romney is as big a lier as trump.
