All over the state are homeless people. He wants to get California votes to support him in 2020. This is just a campaign talking point he will use to gain California voters. The repukes had their state convention recently and they are going to try to use everything they can to turn California red. But it wont work because here in California we know he is a fraud, liar, cheat and evil.
