Has become lost to our time. I say this with a heavy heart. My father was a decent and kind police officer. He retired in 1992. He is appalled. I am appalled.
I do not know the answer to this fearful and reactionary 'policing.'
Shooting at a silhouette in a normal, occupied home? That is beyond crazy.

It's a training issue. And I have a theory it is a result of 40 years of dash cams and body cams.
