since if there is no election, Pelosi cannot be re-elected, thus would not be Speaker. The next in line is the senior senator not standing for re-election .
And one more, time. Trump does NOT obey the law. The courts (including the SCOTUS) are not likely to force him to obey the law, and even if they do, who will enforce their order? The DOJ, run by Barr? Also, the GOP will back him no matter what as he is the only way they retain power and stay out of prison.
