....I honestly believe that if we could talk to Washington, & Jefferson and told them about what horror the
2nd Amendment has given us in modern times,,,,the two of them, plus Franklin, would do everything
possible to remove it forever and forever..They were some of the smartest people around and
in no way could see this stupidity in the distant future..
...It was meant because we didn't have an army, and we needed
to have weapons so we could defend this country from outside forces...That is it, and that is all...

Yes, Jefferson, Washington and Franklin would have figured out something. Each one of them was smarter than all the Republicans in Congress. That you can take to the bank.
