can cross state lines kill two and the Religious Right will fund-raise for him and support a criminal. The big mistake was the 2 individuals who tried to capture Kyle if he was black the police would have killed, The other armed person should have shot him rather than try to capture him. Kyle was running because he was pursued by those who saw him kill another victim.
