They are giving the fetus SPECIAL Rights.

If one person will die if another person doesn't donate them one of their kidneys, a piece of their liver, a hunk of bone marrow or even some of their blood, the law does Not force the donor to give up their body part. You can't even buy a body part according to law in the US.

But when a zygote or fetus needs to use a person's womb, we force that person to allow it, without consent. That zygote gets to use and abuse that other person's body however it needs, without the consent of the other person. That is a very special privilege no one else has.

That is a Special right. That is a right no other person in the US has under the law, except for fetuses and zygotes now
