Has there ever been a Supreme Court justice accused of harassing their neighbors?!

I once met somebody who grew up as a close neighbor of Justice Scalia. It was a wealthy neighborhood, naturally. There's a certain level of decorum expected in neighborhoods like that. (Not that there aren't secret issues with domestic violence, addictions, etc.)

Public neighborhood brawls rising to the level of calling the cops is what we see with neighbors like Lauren Boebert and the Palins. Now we have a Supreme Court justice creating them?!
