There is a discharge like that, usually for people they find within 4-6 months who are 'misfits' doing things like going awol to visit their grandma.
They also have to pass the enlistment tests at recruiting offices, and I'd bet a Trump NFT that a bunch of Charlies kids probably can't do that.

So I'm not worried.
How many J6 pardonees are back in jail for something else right now? It's the same pool of people.
