mentions the financial aspect but not a word about black being named by survivors as a perpetrator of abuse. Yes, the lawsuit was focused on the role of BofA in moving funds for Epstein but there should have been at least a reference to the multiple, credible allegations of vile actions on his part.

Fortunately he's still scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Committee.
