He said if he can't do his wonders on the place, they can have it back. It wasn't a big deal.
Wanna bet he has someone trash the place on his way out? He claims the center is in dilapidated shape and a Sharpie can't confirm his lie.
Of course the real reason he was shutting it down was because Lee Greenwood could only perform a couple times a month.
