I also think that he came up with 'doge' ... backwards it's 'egod' which would possibly be his little 'joke' as he sees things in his drug addled brain.

He likes to play with letters like that so it could well be his little ego trying to have a secret little funny that he keeps all to himself which makes for a self aggrandizing situation that only he is supposed to know about.
