It appears Three Indian national crew members , sailing on a Palau registered ship, traveling in international waters, were murdered in cold blood by Hegseth-directed military members.

That constitutes piracy on the high seas. It’s federal crime under 18 USC Citizens and Aliens as Pirates (18 U.S.C. §§ 1651, 1652, 1653
