Obama hasn't shown himself to be as good as his word on this issue. I don't think he or his administration takes any liberalization of their policies on Marijuana seriously. There are too many special interests with big money in the War on drugs to see any changes in Washington DC. Local and state governments will lead the way without the help of the feds.
