. . . isn't that part and parcel the reason there ISN'T as much innovation as there COULD be .. . because people who would otherwise BE entrepreneurs have to stay in shitty jobs for the insurance and the health care costs would crush them if they struck out on their own?
Remove the dominant element of privatized for-profit health care from the mix and the US would no longer have the employers calling all the shots, particularly when it comes to wages and worker mobility.
