So...Japan has standing orders that they will shoot down any missile coming their way, but Kim "dumb-ass" Un says if you shoot down our missile we have targeted you with, we will consider that "provocative" behavior and we will nuke Tokyo.
Has he OD'd on bad Kimchee?? WTF indeed!
