20. The Foreign Policy of the United States

is not in the jurisdiction of the Attorney General of the state of Texas.

If he were a U.S. Senator he would have some say in ratifying treaties,
and in declarations of war.

I guess it's a Texas ego? One man from Texas told me that people
forget that Texas was just about a country at one time. So this
King thinks he can tell the President and the U.N., and by implication
other countries, what to do.

Let's face it, only New York City is allowed to conduct foreign policy
in the name of the United States.
