put it. Governments don't "allow" parents to regulate kids. It is the natural responsibility of parents. Government could only enforce artificial boundaries and requirements and often it's a case-by-case basis whether or not it works out for the better. I'm in complete agreement with the judge on this case. The government wanting to restrict access to minors is really only political, not practical. Given how so many parents actually suck at their responsibilities, putting artificial restrictions on access to the morning after pill puts an unnecessary burden on children who haven't yet reached "the right age" but don't have a trusting relationship with their parents. By allowing access does not take anything away from parents, only from people who find it agreeable for government to control the sexuality of others.
