That way we don't have to worry ourselves with trifling things like international diplomacy Countries don't just give authorisation for a head of state to fly in their airspace and then turn round and retract it while the plane's in the air. Doing that leads to international incidents and all sorts of ill-feeling at high levels in the countries involved.

If it had been a US President it was done to, all hell would have broken loose and people wouldn't be sitting here saying that any country has a right to do that, so that's the end of it...
