Complaints both administratively through EEO and in civil courts appear to have been initiated against Perez. Also you can't have a case of retaliation unless at least one previous complaint had been filed. So from what I've seen there appears to be numerous complaints possibly going back some time. This would entail official government investigations as well as discovery motions from lawyers. That's not the kind of thing you can sweep under the rug and hope nobody notices.
