No, intelligence is not, never has been and never will be DeWacko's forte. He never had much substance or depth, and, what's worse, is he was and is proud of it. That whole anti-intellectual crap. He never introduced any bills of any substance, unless you count a "be kind to each other" week and a couple other pieces of such bullshit. Glenn did more in one year of service to Ohio than DeWacko has done in over thirty.
