10. Why can't I separate the racial aspect from this horrendous action?

Just by the judge saying what he said...it was as though he the crime wasn't all that bad cause she was older than "chronological age" whatever the fuck that means. I wonder what would have been done if this was a white female? While women are always given the short end of the stick. Minority women are barely even given a stick.
