about the same sort of conduct by a Republican President, coming face to face with an adversarial leader while engaged in diplomacy on ....GASP!!!!!!!... foreign soil, that vein in the side of his head would be throbbing to beat the band, and he'd be screaming like the "Oh The Huge Manatee" dude when the blimp crashed. "You DON'T criticize the President about his activities WHILE ON FOREIGN SOIL!!! Waaaaaah!!! WAAAAAAH!"

I know that the IOKIYAR meme gets used frequently, and on occasion misused, but in this case the IOKIYAR label is right on the money.
