...the sport itself. Take the Super Bowl, lots of talk and news coverage of this event but 95% of these talk and news coverage is about the 'half time advertisements', why?
In the years past, the talk and news coverage has been about, guess what 'the half time performance'!
When would it be about the actual sport itself and less of the controversies, advertisements and performances?
This display of group think mentality is also identifiable in political and social discussions, people tend to not talk about the true merits or lack thereof of the issue but the narrative or spin that is driven at the moment.
People, we need to get our heads out of the narrative or spin and see the game itself because at the end of the day that is why you came to the stadium or are watching the tv thing!
