30. GPS is NOT in nearly every aircraft

Sure, many pilots carry handheld gps, but there are many many training type aircraft without it installed. And the FAA throws up temporary flight restrictions so often that it's darned difficult to keep track of.

Certainly I agree that it's ultimately the pilots responsibility for this, but I can definitely see this happening.
