18. Most companies try not to pick a side in the gun debate

I don't really forsee a mass influx of cash from companies to pro-gun control groups. Just look at many of the press releases- they are very "wishy washy"- they won't "ban" guns from their stores- they just ask owners to leave them at home.

Politicians will ignore the poll results aslong as two conditions remain- gun policy remains a "low priority" in voters minds and those that do make it a priority are overwhelmingly pro-gun rights.
