was their idea, they wrote most of it and agreed to it on the record. It excludes 65% of the "legitimate claims" they agreed to "pay all" of. The few claims they have to pay that did not have oil spill related losses, which they knew in advance, they have used to cry how unfair.

The media will not report the victims side and the fact that most are not going to get anything. They don't want to lose the ad money or offend a fellow mega corporation.
