33. I'm not sure what the "code of conduct" is for NYPD officers, but here's a story....

....about a Palisades Park officer (captain) who was charged with insubordination. At least one, maybe two of the charges against him were similar to what Patrick Lynch and those behind the "back turning" did:

Sadly and ironically, one of the incidents involved an officer named Ramos.
