One of four sections of the book was in Lancaster, CA (known by some of the teenagers who lived there as "Klancaster&quot .

Anyway, skinheads getting a pass from the local cops for the usual shit - beating up immigrants and minorities, the usual barrel of chuckles, provided they were white, of course.
