ok, i get that they can ban direct sales, you have to go through a dealer.

so what? tesla spins off its showroom as an "independent dealer" and he's back in business with nary a hiccup.

the dealerships could be independently owned by musk, or his family or whatever. they could even have a 99-year exclusivity contract with tesla.

i don't see how christie and the existing dealer network can really stop this.

Lots of car dealerships in Jersey and most are repubs. He's taking care of his..typical..n/t monmouth3 Mar 2014 #2
