I don't know whether that's her MS manifesting or she's had some too-tight facelifts that have somehow constricted one or both sides of her mouth.

Her ladyship ann of dressage is not aging well. And she's the ABSOLUTE most arrogant, and sickeningly SMUG would-be queen I've ever seen. She makes Leona Helmsley look like Mother Teresa.
