Bill Maher's epic rant on political correctness is correct

.... but when using the phrase " all the time" usually does not mean literally every time. My wife has a penchant for asking me a question after I've left the room and gone to the other end of the house where I can't hear the question plainly. I tell her you do this all the time, but in reality she doesn't do it every time. It It just feels like it sometimes.
The left is always complaining about how the right wants to control people's lives. Here is another take on that. The left went absolutely nuts over the name of the football team, the Redskins, which as Maher pointed out, 9 out of 10 American Indians didn't give a shit. Did the left back down and realize they were greatly offended by something the supposed offended didn't really care about? Nope, they doubledowned. To me, that is another prime example of someone trying to control other people's lives which points out what Bill Maher is trying to say. Anyway, thanks for the thoughtful level-headed post. I appreciate it.
