who's thinking to himself "this is THE MOMENT" where he seals it, almost too excited to keep himself composed. And the first half of that video clip, the start of his presser, he sounds wandering and frayed, like he doesn't even know the meaning of the words coming out of his mouth. That line, something like "...served during their lives...", WTF?
