If I burn a flag not made of fabric, do I go to jail for a year?

If I burn a picture of the flag, do I go to jail for a year?

If I burn an envelope with an American flag stamp on it, do I go to jail for a year?

If I stand to lose a year of my life for committing a crime, I’d like the crime to be pretty damn well defined.
