and maybe China, although now that one of their big banks has cut ties with Russia, maybe Xi's hand is being forced, something he didn't want since he dreams of doing the same thing to Taiwan. I can see him laundering Russia's gold reserves into hard currency but that's all I can see him doiing and he'd exact a really steep price for doing so.
