We've been clocking in and out on a website for years now, so that hasn't changed.
Those first three suggestions are church as far as I'm concerned.
-Go to bed at a decent hour
I do sleep a little later due to the absence of my normal commute time. But my bed time is still my bed time.
-Get up early and GET DRESSED
Probably the second week, I realized that I worked better if I got dressed. (Including shoes...lol.)
-Get some exercise everyday
Most important. Every day it isn't raining during my lunch hour I walk briskly up and down the main drag and/or around a couple of large blocks in my neighborhood. At my age, I gotta keep the wheels greased.
EDIT: For my new skill, I'm learning to play the bass.
