I recommend the Biffy Bidet, also get the warmer that warms the water to room temp. Ive had one for years.

They have a pressure regulator on the control board. One of mine has a pulse stream option.

Yes you do need to pat dry. However, some units come with built in blow dryers.

We installed one 25 years ago, (toilet seat replacement type) and it is one appliance that I would not live without.
