75. There's a calculation that goes into how likely it is for one to be called for jury duty.

If one has a post hidden, 20% is deducted from the calculation. That's what the OP is referring to.

You can find the jury calculation under Statistics on one's profile. Click on "explain" next to "Chance of serving on Juries".
