16. The first one is from a soccer match. The ref is penalizing the player

with a "yellow card."
Penalties are either yellow cards or red cards. Being shown a red card means you are ejected from the match.

The player is being a wiseacre and showing the ref his own card.
(He better be careful, or the yellow card could turn into a red card!)

The second one is that apparently a bunch of ducks were disguised as the vice president of the company.
They've stumbled and accidentally revealed themselves, so they are threatening the secretary.

There might be additional meanings I've missed.....
