10. Doodling in study hall got me into art school.

and the pictures I drew of other students in my class ended up as the liners in the school yearbooks. I did the covers, too.

See what doodling can do?

Also, keep some scrap paper under your drawing hand and forearm, and you will get less on you, and less smudging on your drawing.
