a big soup eater. It's been getting worse and worse for years, all brands that I am familiar with. I don't eat it at all anymore, and that is a BIG change for me.

I noticed it's just glop too. Happily, it's super easy to make delicious cream of mushroom soup.

Plus, give a quick whirl in the blender and add a bit of nutmeg. Perhaps sprinkle of cayenne. EOM

I also make mine with a little sherry. I do the same with onion soup. Makes both delicious.

In recipes that call for Cream of Mushroom, I substitute Cream of Chicken instead
