Lower their cholesterol? Provide excellent nutrition? They didn't deserve to be killed and eaten like this.
And I bet that cat won't even eat it. It just hunted down the innocent zucchini for sport. That monster
Zucchini are great in a nice Asian stir fry with chilies and miso, or grilled with some olive oil and garlic, or made into zucchini bread.
