farmed with the help of the kids and maybe a laborer or two from the small town. But that was decades ago and most of those truly are gone. Now there will be hobby farms sometimes or farms turned into strawberry patches, etc. But even when I was growing up there were medium sized farms with underpaid migrant labor and sadly it looks like that has become the pattern.
