A DC Streetcar along H Street in Washington, D.C., on its final day of operation on March 31, 2026. (7News)

WASHINGTON (7News) — If you are a transit enthusiast and have money to spare, then you can own a piece of D.C. transportation history by buying one of the former H Street streetcars.

Three of the light rail trains are up for auction on the website govdeals.com.

As of this writing, one of the 2007 Inekon 100 Series Streetcars is going for $35,000, while the other two are going for $50,000.

According to the listing, the streetcars still bear some of the DDOT and DC Streetcar signage, but that will be removed before sale.
